TIRANA, Aug 30 (Reuters) - Albanian police on Tuesday arrested the fugitive Turkish founder of crypto-exchange Thodex, wanted by Interpol for suspected crypto fraud and at large for Law Firm Turkey istanbul a year, police and media said.
